Microsoft has pushed a new update to its SwiftKey Keyboard app, bringing the app version to Once the latest update is installed, you’ll be able to copy text to their Android smartphone or tablet’s clipboard and paste it onto their Windows PC – and vice versa.

The integration of Cloud Clipboard functionality debuted in the SwiftKey Keyboard beta app a few months ago, and now the company is making it available for the stable version of the app. The feature can work on both Windows 10 (October 2018 Update or later) and Windows 11 as long as you have the latest version of the keyboard app on your phone.

However, the feature is not enabled by default. You will need to go to SwiftKey Keyboard Settings >> Rich Input >> Clipboard. You will now need to enable the “Synchronize Clipboard History” toggle. Once done, go to Windows 10/11 Settings >> System >> Clipboard. Now activate the next toggle.
