Today, third-party developers had reveals and resources to share about upcoming scenery add-ons for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

First, we receive an announcement from FSimStudioswho revealed his rendition of Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (CYTZ) in Canada.

It will be released in the next few weeks and it will be the first of the developer’s “premium” range promising “many more features, details and benchmarks” compared to previous products from the same brand, in addition to “the ultra-sharp textures, incredible detail and precision, fully modeled interiors, landmarks beyond the airport (meaning downtown Toronto in this case), and more.

The previously announced Calgary Airport (CYYC) will also get the same treatment, and Victoria International Airport (CYYJ) has also been announced, merged with Victoria Airport.

Below you can see some screenshots from Toronto, although they are partially covered by the watermark. Also, apologies for the imgur galleries. Our gallery functionality is temporarily discontinued due to a software transition and we will return to it as soon as possible.

Next, we’ll see new in-progress screenshots of Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (PANC) in Alaska, USA.

The airport is under development at VREF Simulations and the images have been published on its Discord Server.

Finally, we take a look at some more screenshots of Nanki-Shirahama Airport (RJBD) in Japan by Gate15 Landscape.

We take another look at the XIV Hotel alongside the Nanki Shirahama Adventure World theme park, which is one of the main reasons for the traffic to the airport itself.

Recently we published our latest interview with Microsoft Flight Simulator lead Jorg Neumann and heard more about Microsoft’s plans for the next few months, including World Update Australia.
